As at 5 April 2023 (the snapshot date for this report), the Mitie median gender pay gap has increased slightly to 7.3% (from 6.8%) but is still below the UK average of 14.3% (ONS). The mean pay gap has decreased to 11.2%.

Mitie Sales Academy
